To request a report, you can come to this page. From there, you select the types of reports you want by clicking on the “+” icons. In the cart section you need to provide us with some details about your project, including the period you want to analyze, the handles, the hashtags to be monitored, and the places where you need us to collect the mentions. To finalize, fill out the payment information and submit your request. Your payment will be only charged once your request is approved by our analysts.

Our reports get ready within 72 hours once the request is approved by our analysts.

It should not take longer than a working day to complete the requests, though this may vary depending on how long it takes for the solicitants to answer any additional questions that may be asked for more information or context.

The social platforms covered are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Tumblr and YouTube. Note that TikTok analysis is limited to the Performance section due to privacy issues.
